Detox Diet

Toxins accumulate in our bodies due to the foods we eat and environmental factors. This causes metabolic consequences called oxidative stress in the body. However, the immune system is weak and we gain weight quickly. There are also problems such as fatigue, skin degeneration, disorders of the digestive system, chronic headaches, depressed mood, sleep problems. In the long run, can lead to more serious health problems such as cancer. Detox can be a perfect solution to get rid of this situation we are exposed to.
Detox means creating the substructure of the body necessary to bring a healthy diet. Physical apperance is of course important. But it is best to purify the body from toxins, by feeding the body from the inside. The way to clear toxins is to take antioxidants in the body. Of course, toxins that accumulate in the body for years can not be thrown away in 3-5 days. For a healthy life, detox needs to be repeated 3-5 days every month.
Who should need detox? 
Those who struggle to wake up in the morning,
Chronically tired and weak ones,
Those who complain of fatigue, inadequacy, weakness ones,
Working in an extremely stressful environment ones,

People under the age of 18 and people over 80 can not detox.
When detoxing, fluid consumption is very important. Absolutely you must plenty of water consume. Do not consume black tea and dark green tea. Detox diet is an effective diet program. The priority of this diet is to have a healty life and to remove toxsins from the body. In this case you are already weakened. This diet is definitely not for you if you want to weaken quickly. Detox is mostly made for physical renewal to those who have skin stains, acne, skin wrinkles and aging problems. Besides, you will also lose some weight with this. 
Detox diet requires discipline. Its application is difficult. So it can not be continued for a long time. Detox, alleviates digestion. The energy the body uses to digest heavy foods is used to remove toxins. The cells repair themselves and become younger. Of course – as it is in all diet program – it is absolutely necessary to consult a dietitian before administering the detox diet.
Increase the number of meals. Take care to eat with 3 hours intervials. Thus, your digestion problems will be the least. Drinking water is very important for throwing up the toxins that can be caused by fatigue and hormonal changes in the body. Absolutely you must consume plenty of water. Avoid or reduce caffeine and alcoholic beverages. These beverages also increase the amount of fat in the body. Instead of these you can consume soda, milk or buttermilk. Because these beverages contain a lityle bit amount of sodium.
You should pay attention to your sleeping order. For a comfortable sleep before you go to bed you can drink digestion tea, such as fennel, green tea. Do not use too much salt in your meals. The salt accumulating in the body causes fatigue. You can do a light paced walk for 30 minutes per day. So you burn 100-150 calories with it. Also a short walk regulates the hormonal balance and accelerates the metabolism. To reduce stress, you should take care to consume more B-group vitamins. There are plenty of vitamin B in cereal breads, meat, fish, milk and green leafy foods.
Especially you should consume foods with high vitamin C content. Foods such as parsley, pepper, citrus, strawberry, kiwi, broccoli, celery are rich in vitamin C. You can consume 3 servings a day for fresh fruits. You can consume 2 servings of fresh vegetables.You should consume at least 2 glasses of milk, yoghurt, buttermilk or kefir per day. You can consume vegetables in one meal, and in the others, boiled or grilled chicken, meat or fish. But must be regular and the given break must not be exceeding 3 hours.
P.S: When you wake up, before breakfast, you should absolutely drink a glass of warm water with lemon. Do not neglect to drink herbal tea or warm lemon water before lunch and dinner. Also, it is recommended that you exercise 45 minutes every day.
