The Kangal Shepred Dog is originally from Sivas province of Turkey, characterized by its fascinating strength, dignity, brave attitude, and pleasing conformation. Besides of Kangal has a reputation as excellent herding and watchdog, it also has a great sense of preservation. This hero fearlessly would die to defend its family and flog against predators. With their magnificent look and distinguishing characteristics, you can’t mistake Kangals for anything else.
We can identify Kangal as a giant and muscular dog. A male Kangal can stand more than 65 kg and height over 85 cm. It has a coat of thick grizzly colored fur while its face and ears sport black fur. Its hair width changes depending on the terms.
While sheepdog breeds are skillful at controlling the herd, Kangal also has a strong instinct of protecting things that belong to its owner, which makes them perfect fighters. Kangal breed requires doing daily exercises like dashing or long-distance walking. They can take shelter outside in cold weather conditions. They don’t need much care for their coat.
