Olive

Olive (Olea europaea) belongs to ‘Oleaceae’ family. The Mediterranean climate’s tree is always green leafy. 
There are small white-yellow colored, scented flowers that open directly to the end of spring. These flowers become fleshy and greasy fruit when the time comes. The fruit is green first, when the mature, it is brightly black color. The fruit has got a core. It is a valuable tree in terms of fleshy part and oil.
